Volunteers from Dundonnell Mountain Rescue Team have spent two days searching for a walker who has been missing for a week.
Derek Hepburn of Nairn has not been in contact with his family since 24 April.
Police said it was out of character for the 53-year-old.
A spokesperson for Dundonnell MRT said: “The search has concentrated on the hills to the north of Loch Mullardoch after Mr Hepburn’s car was found nearby.
“The team is being assisted by officers from Police Scotland, HM Coastguard helicopter from Inverness and search dogs and handlers from Sarda Scotland.”
Police Scotland said Mr Hepburn’s car was found at the Loch Mullardoch car park, west of Glen Cannich.
“His planned route is currently unknown, though enquiries so far suggest he may have intended to complete a walk on Sgùrr Na Lapaich or in the surrounding area,” a police spokesperson said.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish his plans.”
Chief Inspector Jenny Valentine said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Derek as he has been out of contact with his family and friends since last weekend.
“I would urge anyone who believes they may have seen him on or after Sunday 24 April to get in touch urgently.
“Anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting reference 1812 of 27 April.”
Mr Hepburn is described as 6ft 1in (1.85m), of slim build, with black hair which is balding. He is normally clean shaven or with light stubble.
Police said it is not known what he would have been wearing.
