A walker was rescued after injuring herself on a Lake District fell.
The Kendal woman was walking in Caiston Glen, south of High Hartsop Dodd, on Sunday when she fell and injured her leg.
Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team was called out and treated the walker at the scene by a team members and one of the team’s doctors.
She was then stretchered down the valley to an ambulance that was waiting at the bottom of the Kirkstone Pass.
