Police have renewed their appeal to walkers and climbers for sightings of a missing Glen Coe walker.
Edward Davies has not been seen for five days.
Extensive searches were mounted over the weekend by four mountain rescue teams, search dogs and a Coastguard helicopter.
Mr Davies, 39, from Hampshire, was believed to be heading for a walk in the Sgùrr na h-Ulaidh area, but has not made contact with friends and family.
Police said they are becoming increasingly concerned for the walker’s welfare.
Glencoe, Oban, Lochaber and RAF Mountain Rescue Teams, as well as Search and Rescue Dogs Association members, police officers and the Inverness Coastguard searched Aonach Dubh a’ Ghlinne, Meall Mór, River Coe and Signal Rock without success.
Police Scotland said: “Unfortunately Edward remains missing and officers are renewing the appeal for anyone walking or climbing in the area to report anything that may assist the search effort, which is being reviewed and will continue this week.”
Sergeant Andy Bilton added: “As each day passes Edward’s family and all those involved in the search become increasingly concerned for his welfare. Edward is an experienced hillwalker and is likely to be well equipped for the outdoors.
“We urge anyone planning to walk in the Glencoe area to be mindful of the search activity and report anything that could help us locate Edward. Our search and rescue partners are thanked for their assistance to date and going forward.”
Mr Davies is described as white, 5ft 11in (1.80m) tall, slim build with cropped dark brown hair which is longer on top and is likely to be wearing a blue waterproof jacket.
It is believed Edward planned a walk on Sgùrr na h-Ulaidh on Sunday 8 May. He had access to a white Toyota Aygo car, which was parked near to the Glencoe visitor centre. Police have taken the vehicle away.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101.
