Police are appealing to walkers for sightings of a man who has gone missing in the Highlands.
Jerome Richmond is believed to have gone hillwalking in Wester Ross, but has not been seen for 10 days.
The 27-year-old, originally from Middlesbrough, was last seen getting on a bus at Edinburgh, heading for Inverness, on Thursday 28 April.
Police Scotland said: “It is understood that he intended to walk from the Ben Wyvis area to Ullapool. However there has been no contact or sight of him since.”
Mr Richmond is described as white, about 5ft 10ins (1.78m), of a slim build, and has shoulder-length black hair and a black beard. When last seen he was wearing a black windproof jacket, black hillwalking trousers and brown boots. He may be wearing a yellow t-shirt, a rucksack which is black and grey in colour, and may have a tent wrapped in a red cover.
Police said: “Anyone in the area, in particular hillwalkers, who have seen or been in contact with Jerome, or anyone who has seen a male matching his description, is asked to contact Police on 101.”
