Two top mountaineers with 28 successful Everest summits between them will stage a series of three lectures in Britain next month.
Record-breaking British climber Kenton Cool will be joined by Nepalese Sirdar Lakpa Rita Sherpa to deliver the talks.
The Everest Uncovered lecture series is sponsored by Kathmandu-based Sherpa Adventure Gear and will visit Edinburgh, Manchester and London.
The pair will give a unique outlook on the history and future of the world’s highest peak. And the events will be hosted by Ian Parnell and will also feature Sherpa brand ambassador Heather Geluk.
Tickets for the shows on 22, 24 and 25 October are priced £10 and are available via the Sherpa Adventure Gear website. More details can be obtained by ringing 01572 772504.
