A fell rescue team from Yorkshire was in action today – in the Scottish Highlands.
The team, which was training in the area, have joined forces from Tayside Police and a helicopter crew from RAF Lossiemouth searching for a missing 83-year-old man in Perthshire.
George Borthwick was last seen in his back garden in Pitlochry at 7.45 this morning.
He is described as a keen hillwalker, 6ft tall with silvery grey balding hair. He was last seen wearing a brown anorak, beige cargo trousers and black shoes.
